• Prima Store: The platform allows store employees to act as mystery shoppers in other stores to improve the quality of the visited stores. This application is a way to promote a sense of belonging by implementing the principles from the store, for the store, by the store.
• Aku Siapp: A platform for store employees to directly communicate with the HR Operations Office divided into 3 categories - Operational (questions about store operations), Finance/BIC (reporting Fraud & SOP Violations), Administration (related to products, documents, and store environmental aspects).
